FAQ

Pricing questions.

Is anything held back from the open-source version?

No. There is one Bitween, and it is open source under the MIT License. Support packages and services add people and expertise, not features.

Are there limits on messages, partners or users?

No licensing limits. Throughput is determined by your infrastructure: replicas, work group prefetch, database and RabbitMQ capacity.

Can you host Bitween for us?

Talk to us about your requirements. Many teams run Bitween in their own cloud account with Simplify9 supporting deployment and operations.

What does a support package cost?

It depends on your deployment, the number of environments and the response commitments you need. Contact us and we will propose a package.

Do we need a Rebex license?

Only for the SFTP/FTP adapters and the Rebex POP3 receiver, which use the commercial Rebex library. Everything else, including the MailKit POP3 receiver, needs no third-party license.
